By downloading, installing, or using the Mintara Metals mobile application ("App") developed by Infynix Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Mintara Metals is a mobile application that provides:

• Live gold and silver rate tracking from market sources
• Portfolio management tools for precious metals
• Custom price alerts and notifications
• Historical rate charts and market data
• Dealer tools including making charge and billing calculators

4. Rate Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date precious metals rates, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed in the App. Rates are sourced from third-party market data providers and may experience delays. Actual transaction rates at jewellery shops or dealers may vary from rates shown in the App.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App by automated means
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Infynix Labs and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to analytics providers and market data feeds. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infynix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the rate data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any financial decisions made based on information from the App
• Any interruption or cessation of service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infynix Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
